24 hr  Return policy

Upon receiving and inspecting your new cue. If you find the cue is not to your liking I will refund the purchase price less any shipping charges.

In order to receive your refund the cue must be sent back in exactly the same condition in which it arrived within 24 hours. Contact me by phone. 419-908-0881 The cue must be on it's way back to me within 24 hrs not actually in my possession in 24 hrs. You may chalk the tip and hit a few racks with the cue but no obvious damage. Any damage will be deducted from the refund amount. If damage is to great no refund will be given and the cue will be shipped back to you.

If you have had the cue for more than 24hrs I'm sorry but I will be unable to accept the return of any cue

Custom orders are Non- Refundable

I will however work with you on custom orders and do all that I can to make you happy with the cue.

I strive to be as detailed and accurate as possible when designing your cue. I also understand that on occasion what you're thinking and what I'm thinking may not be the same. I will do all that is reasonably  possible to make the cue the way you want it to be.
